WHAT is CrossFit?
For some CrossFit is just a different form of working out. For CrossFit Taino, CrossFit is our way of teaching you Functional Movements that will help you overcome physical and mental challenges while in a community enviroment. CrossFit workouts incorporate elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, strongman, and other exercises. Have no fear at CrossFit Taino we pride ourselves in making sure you are using proper tecnique and that everything is scaled to fit your phsycal abilities.
